Australia Domestic Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days
  • Cost: Complimentary for orders exceeding $100; otherwise $9

Express Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days
  • Cost: Complimentary for orders exceeding $300; otherwise $14

Order Processing

We strive to dispatch all jewelry orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Should you require expedited processing for any reason, please notify us, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours on business days and dispatched using your selected shipping method.

Kindly note: In instances where items are out of stock, an additional 5-14 days may be necessary for manufacturing or transferring stock from our studio in Korea.

International Shipping

We extend international shipping services to select countries. Delivery times and expenses vary depending on the destination. Please be advised that international orders may incur customs duties and taxes, for which the customer is responsible.

Shipping Address

Please exercise caution when providing your details, as we are unable to modify a delivery address once an order has been dispatched. Shipping charges will be computed upon entering an address during checkout. We disclaim responsibility for orders dispatched to inaccurately provided addresses by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Missed Delivery

Please be advised: in the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to absence or inability to deliver, the parcel will be held at the nearest post shop. The delivery service typically leaves a notification card detailing the depot's location for retrieval. Regrettably, due to security and postal service protocols, we are unable to arrange for re-delivery or pickup while the parcel is held at this location. Pickup responsibility lies with the customer, and legally, only the individual listed on the address may retrieve the parcel. Should pickup be unfeasible, the parcel will be returned to us, at which point we can either resend it to you or provide a refund or credit per your preference."
