ORDER CANCELLATION

REFUNDS

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and are contingent upon items being unworn and in their original condition.
Upon warehouse processing, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please be aware: Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene considerations.

Returns for sale items due to a change of mind are not permitted, with the exception of requiring a different ring size, for which a credit voucher will be issued. If your jewelry complies with the aforementioned return criteria, please complete the form below with your order number to commence the return process. Take the parcel to your local post office for shipping and procure an official shipping label over the counter.

Kindly note: Return shipping costs, customs charges, and government taxes are not covered by us and are your responsibility. Upon receipt of returns, processing will take up to 14 business days.
